Technical contributions are so power lawed. I try to show up and do something valuable everyday but probably <10 of my contributions this year are worth more than everything else put together.
This is my contribution to the discourse on working hard and grinding. Ofc it's important to work hard and pay attention or you won't have ideas. But also important to feel relaxed and you have slack to do whatever.
