Wait when it says "use tmux" that's directed at the agent not the human right? It's saying the agent should simply only use bash that interacts with long running tmux sessions if you want the benefits of background bash? I sort of see that actually.
Startup time on my pixel 8 is like 2s. I hate this harness again. Should be <50ms
Also the scroll back is so broken it's basically impossible to read everything the LLM wrote on a phone. My kingdom for a cli that's not a tui

Scrolling while it's working is broken though? It just scrolls you back to the bottom :(
